Istanbul Medeniyet University continues to organize free training and certificate programs to support the professional and personal development of its students.
“Academic Technology and Writing” trainings were organized by our University Department of Library and Documentation to support the self-improvement of our students. The training, which was held face to face at our university Ziraat Bank Conference Hall on March 16, 2022 and March 23, 2022, were conducted by editor Yusuf TEMİZCAN and our university faculty member Dr.Selim TİRYAKİOL. A total of 54 people who applied online attended the training, which was free and open to outside participation.
It was mentioned that the developing technology has significant effects on education as well as in all areas of life. It was emphasized that one of the most important skills needed by teachers, students, academicians and academician candidates today is the ability to use academic technologies well and effectively. Based on this fact, during the training, our participants were informed about how they can use technology and new technological tools in their scientific and academic research.
