Istanbul Medeniyet University continues to organize free training and certificate programs to support the professional and personal development of its students.

“Body Language in Communication” training was organized by our University Department of Library and Documentation to support the self-improvement of our students. The training, which was held face to face on May 12, 2022 at the Ziraat Bank Conference Hall of our University, was given by Süleyman TANRIVERDİ, one of the educators of Istanbul Volunteer Educators Association (İGEDER). A total of 30 people who applied online attended the training, which was free and open to outside participation.

During the training, participants were informed about the meanings of physical movements and facial expressions that people use to express themselves in their daily and work/school lives. Detailed information was provided on how body language should be used to establish effective communication.
