Istanbul Medeniyet University continues to organize free training and certificate programs to support the professional and personal development of its students.
“A1 Level English” training was organized by our University Department of Library and Documentation to support the professional and self-improvement of our students. The training, which was held face to face in the Ziraat Bank Library Hasan Polatkan Conference Hall of our University, started on October 15, 2022, with the narration of our university lecturer Kıymet Tuğba İMAMOĞLU. A total of 25 people registered for the training, which was free and open to external participation.
In the training, participants were provided with a basic level of English that they can use in daily life. In addition to listening, reading and speaking skills, the training also included practices on English writing. Thus, in addition to daily speaking skills, information was provided on terms that can be used technically.
At the end of this training, which lasted 120 hours in total, participants were given a certificate by the Lifelong Learning Directorate of the Ministry of National Education.
