Evaluations were expanded by highlighting the politics and legal remedies made in recent years on this issue. Discussion was advanced by evaluating the effectiveness of the presidential government system in decision-making processes and how it should be understood in the context of separation of powers. Thus, in the panel, Turkey’s democratization agenda was discussed in its entirety by making an “evaluation of the situation” in the fields of civilization, democratization and freedom.
