IMU Young Educators Club Held a Conference for the Career Development of Education Faculty Students

Istanbul Medeniyet University continues to organize free training and certificate programs to support the professional and personal development of its students.

The Young Educators Club of our university held a conference about  “Career Alternatives for Education Faculty Students”  at Istanbul Medeniyet University Ziraat Bank Library Hall on 02.11.2022 – 13.00 on Wednesday with the support of their advisor Assoc.Prof.Dr. Rabia SAVAŞ.

The president of the club Fatmagül ERGÜN talked about KPSS, ALES, YDS and YÖKDİL exams. Tunahan KARAASLAN, who graduated from our faculty with the first degree in 2021-2022 academic year, participated as our guest and shared his experiences and advice with the participants. Afterwards Feyza Gökçe KUZUCU who is the board member of the club spoke about TOEFL, IELTS and FULBRIGHT topics. The vice president of the club Derya İRGE informed about Erasmus + Student Mobility Program and TUBİTAK Scholarships.

The conference was organized to support our students in their career development about the topics that they may need for their careers. It was moderated by Project and Event Coordinator Esra ÇELİKTÜRK. At the end of the conference, the participants had the opportunity to ask their questions to the speakers and the guest.
