Seminar on Criminal Justice in the Light of Murder Cases Was Held

Aydın Medeniyetliler Student Club of our university hosted Att. Onur TATAR at “Murder Cases” vocational training seminar on November 25, 2022, Friday between 13.30 and 16.00 pm. The conference was held at Ziraat Bank Library Conference Hall in the North Campus.

Att. TATAR shared his experiences as a criminal lawyer in this vocational training seminar which had a high number of attendance from our students planning a career in the field of criminal law. He began with the process of criminal cases by addressing the concepts of crime, criminal and punishment. He emphasized the importance of criminal justice in maintaining public order. He specifically emphasized the importance of main factors such as crime scene investigation, evidence and witnesses in the resolution of murder cases. Lastly, Att. TATAR touched upon the murder cases that were reflected in the press for which he acted as an attorney.

The conference concluded with the presentation of plaques.
