IMU Modern Dance Club, one of the student clubs of our university, organized a dance performance on Tuesday, December 20, 2022 at the North Campus of our university. Designed as FlashMob, the show was performed in Block B.
Under the leadership of Abdülhamit COŞKUN, the club president, a Hip Hop dance show was performed. By choosing the Hip Hop style, in addition to contribution to art, new cultural elements were also introduced to our students. Thanks to the use of FlashMob style in the performance, art could touch the lives of the entire campus community who were at the event venue at that moment, instead of a limited audience. The dance performance of our students attracted great attention.
FlashMob is an event where people who don’t know each other communicate through social networks or e-mails, usually starting suddenly at a specified time and place and dispersing immediately when it is over.
